The Free Peoples of Russia House is a nonprofit initiative representing the Resistance to Putin's regime. Established by the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Republic, it serves as a common platform for the Russian democratic opposition and shares the principles of the Berlin Declaration of 2023. The House includes supporters of all forms of resistance against the current regime.

Yuri Felshtinsky
Dr. Yuri Felshtinsky is a leading historian, author, and journalist specializing in Russia and the former Soviet Union. Educated in Moscow and the United States, he earned his Ph.D. in History from Rutgers University and became the first foreign scholar to defend a doctoral dissertation in Russia. His work includes research at Stanford’s Hoover Institution and numerous studies on Soviet and post-Soviet politics. Felshtinsky is best known for co-authoring Blowing Up Russia with Alexander Litvinenko, and his writing traces the evolution of Russian intelligence services and their enduring political influence.
